At Ventura Roof Tents, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor adventure gear and apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the inclusion of the packing slip for faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
